The first floor is an open space that encompasses a kitchen, dining room, and living room, exiting the porch to the sea. On this level are located a bathroom with a toilet and a sauna, operating in two modes - infrared and traditional Finnish sauna. On the second floor there are three bedrooms. A large bedroom with a private bathroom with a bathtub and a wardrobe. The other two bedrooms can be united, through the door between them, and can be used independently. They use the bathroom on the floor or lower level. All bedrooms have sea views. Behind the house is a garden with a place to relax. Other things to note The villa is 20 minutes south of Varna city center in Priboi locality. Near the villa are located two other large sandy beaches – Chernomorets-Pasha Dere and Veteran-Fichoza.
