Our home is a 'historical landmark' candidate, built in 1910 in the beautiful and famous 'American Craftsman' style. We're steps away from world famous Balboa Park which has the San Diego Zoo, tons of museums, and other attractions inside. We're also close to the Airport, San Diego Convention Center (home of San Diego Comic Con), Little Italy, and tons more. Nearby, within walking distance or a short Uber/Bird ride, are the best restaurants, shops, and activities that sunny San Diego has to offer. The home comes with a fully equipped kitchen, TV (with complimentary Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon accounts), washer/dryer, iron, microwave, and pretty much everything else you need for a perfect stay. So come and soak up the sunshine, the perfect weather, and have some fun! Our home is fully furnished and very comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with everything you'll need: appliances, cookware, dishes, etc. Our home is professionally cleaned before every stay, and comes with clean linens, towels, soaps, and everything else you'll need for a comfortable stay. Living Area: Queen Bed + two Single trundle beds **SLEEPS UP TO 4 PEOPLE** Guest access This is a rental for the entire home. You will not be sharing it with anyone and you will have access to everything in the home Other things to note Because many people ask: 1. The washer/dryer is coin-operated and shared with neighboring units 2. Security Deposit - Airbnb does not charge the security deposit at all unless there is a claim for damages after check-out. 3. Unfortunately, we don’t have more pictures of the house and are unable to send you any more. 4. The site blocks telephone numbers until you have booked your trip, so we are unable to call you before your booking is confirmed 5.
