Welcome to a nice getaway on the east side of Traverse City. This property is the center of all northern Michigan has to offer centered near Turtle Creek Casino, Shanty Creek, Torch Lake, and Traverse City. This property is 7 miles from downtown Traverse City and the airport. It is a great place to relax and enjoy a large spacious home in the company of others. It boasts a full kitchen good for cooking; 4 separate beds, living room, and full bathroom up and down stairs. The space This is one of two duplex’s next to each other. I own both sides. It is private yet still close to Traverse City. Guest access This entire place is open and available. Fire Ring in back yard. Other things to note You will show up when it works best for you. It can be as late as you want because there is a keyless entree and you will get a code to let yourself in. There is NOT air conditioning. I have a portable AC Unit upstairs and fans available and the lower level stays cool. Absolutely NO smoking! A mandatory $299 fee will be charged along with any other damages for smoking inside.
