It is a brand new unit as of 2022, and has been meticulously cleaned and maintained. We purchased this mobile home park and had big dreams for a tiny home community, that allowed families and friends to stay in an affordable and comfortable space to explore our favorite place on earth! We immediately replaced 11/15 homes with brand new, beautiful homes, and redid the entire property. We’ve created a space that has hosted thousands of guests now! It is a peaceful and quite community that guests have come to love. There are several long term guest that are incredible nice and keep to themselves. Parking is tight, but we’ve managed a dedicated space to each home, including several first come first served reserved spaces! Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home. There is no Shared Space, the entire home is all for you! Other things to note These homes are close to each other, please limit outdoor noises and be respectful of other guests within the park!
