The property features a private infinity pool, expansive multi-level outdoor decks, and lush tropical landscaping, offering both shared spaces and quiet areas to relax. The villa is comprised of three interconnected structures linked by outdoor walkways, providing a unique layout that balances privacy and togetherness. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and have en-suite bathrooms. Guests enjoy exclusive use of the entire property, including the pool, decks, and all indoor and outdoor living spaces. Zoni Beach is approximately a 3–4 minute walk from the villa. Amenities include a modern kitchen, a gas grill, outdoor dining, an outdoor shower, and a ping-pong table. Due to the hillside setting, guests should be comfortable with stairs and outdoor walkways throughout the property.
