CIN : IT009016C2AQ98EFMO The space A ca' du Risso is a private accommodation facility for tourist lease (LT) and short rentals (max 30 days), set up in an ancient family house located in half a hill on the Calice ligure valley. It includes two indipendent accommodations intended to welcome those who choose to spend a short period of leisure in a corner of Liguria, in the midst of the tranquility of the hinterland but near the sea, at the center of an area known internationally for the Outdoor, cycle tourism, free climbing and hiking, in a millenary historical and cultural context. The building, with solid river stone walls and foundations dating back to the mid 1600s, is located on three floors above ground of which the first is occupied by an elegant apartment while the second and last by the attic with panoramic terrace. On the ground floor and outside there are other rooms for exclusive use, including the cellar used as a deposit for bicycles and workshops, at the complete disposal of bikers guests. Beyond the large agricultural land distributed on terraces (whose access is banned from guests), there are the garden rich in flowers and aromatic essences and the patio, shaded by the centuries old "queen" screw plant arranged on wooden pergola, under thewhich you can spend hours of relaxation. Not far away is the water system for cleaning bicycles upon returning from excursions. In addition to the road, the main entrance is the parking, also the parking, also private and free, precious comfort for those who use the vehicle a lot to move or download luggage and materials. The environment is discreet and welcoming, rich in art, with a unique and unmistakable style. Guest access Guests can access all the internal spaces of the accommodation and the common external ones. Parking is at the complete disposal with the recommendation to dispose of vehicles in order, in order to consent to others to take advantage of it with comfort. Instead, access to the agricultural area below the house is inhibited. Other things to note In the living room there is a sofa bed whose linen is in the wardrobe in the upper double bedroom. Wi-fi: the maximum bandwidth currently available is 30MB. The fireplace in the living room cannot be used.
