Thanks for checking out our place we call Kenni. We really enjoy it and think of it as an extension to our home. The space The house was built in the 50’s so some may say “old” we say a “charming antique”. But with that comes 50’s plumbing heating and electrical. Clean and charming but antiquated. The rooms are decent sized, hopefully you will enjoy our beds and side lamps. We are slowly adding furniture. So there isn’t a ton, the pictures are pretty accurate with what we have. We are trying to provide a modest space to stay in our cute town. We hope you enjoy Fairbanks and our community as much as we do. Guest access It is a duplex and you will have access to one full side with a private entrance. The back yard is a shared space and if you want I can show you how to start up the fire pit. The basement has the ability to be shared space but there are two doors all secured from the b&b side so there is no access to this unit without breaking down a door:)
