Large, family home in beautiful safe neighbourhood

We are a friendly family: Mum, dad and 3 boys: 19, 16, 14. We live in a nice, safe suburb of Vancouver in a large 3 level home;close to Delta and beach; 25 minutes from Richmond; 45 mins drive from Downtown Vancouver. Lots of shops,restaurants within walking/cycling distance. Close to bus. I am a teacher, from England and we have hosted travellers from many countries. English, French spoken; Mandarin by Chinese student. free parking. Free Wi-Fi; some access to kitchen and laundry facilities.
