The apartment has a lovely view to the sea and has a swimming pool that is shared between the guests and my family. There is also a BBQ for those perfect summer nights to cook and enjoy your drinks. You can relax by the pool, in the garden or on the hammocks under the palm trees. The apartment is located on top of a hill outside of the city of Heraklion in a little town called Kokkini Hani. It is a 30 minute walk to the nearest bus stop and that is why we highly recommend to rent a car, as it will be much more easier to move around freely and explore our beautiful island. The airport is 10 minutes away and 15 minutes from Heraklion, the largest city of Crete. You can find supermarkets, restaurants, bars and anything else you might need in a 3 minute distance by car. The closest beach, "Arina Sand", is reachable in 5 minutes by car, it is organized with sun beds and umbrellas and it is sandy. In 10 minutes you will reach "Creta Aquarium", one of the largest aquariums in Europe, also the Dinosauria Park is close by. Located in 5 minutes is "Water City", our largest water park where you can have hours of fun on the various water slides. The apartment consists of one bedroom with a large, comfortable bed, a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a balcony in which you can enjoy your morning coffee. The room is cooled with an electric fan. Keep in mind that there is a flight of stairs to reach the apartment.
