Guest suite in Calgary

[Important: Due to regulatory update, the maximum number of guests we can host now is 4 adults + minors (18 or less)]. Welcome to our bright walkout basement suite with private entry. It has two bedrooms with queen size beds, and an indoor camping tent for the group of 5 or 6 guests. A private laundry and basic cooking equipment is also included. Many shopping within mins of driving, easy access to Stony Trail and Deerfoot Trail. The space This walkout suite is part of a new house located on a bright corner lot. The TV in the living room is equipped with a Roku stream stick with provided access to live TV. The kitchenette equipped with a fridge, microwave oven, toaster oven, water kettle, coffee maker and more. The laundry pair is located in the washroom with detergent provided . The two good sized bedrooms are equipped with queen beds for comfortable sleeping. For the groups with 5 people or more, we will set up a tent with comfortable bedding in the common area to provide a cozy, fun and unique sleeping experience. Plenty of street parking spaces available beside the house. Guest access Guests will use the pathway on the right side of the house leads to the backyard, going into the lower suite with its own door.
