The friends' house

House quiet from everything, located at the end of a cul-de-sac along a small river. Ideally located to visit Dijon just 18 km away, Nuits St Georges or St Jeans de Losne. The house is in a small village with all the amenities you need to have a good time. (Baker, Butcher, Tobacconist, Hairdresser, Florist, Post Office, etc.) We look forward to welcoming you to our home to help you discover our beautiful region. Car charging available at 0.25 cents/Kw The space The independent entrance to your house is via a staircase with a few steps. On this level you will find: - A kitchen area "2-burner induction stove, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, mini fridge with freezer section," - A living room with two sofas, a coffee table and a dining table for 4 people. - Separate toilet - A first bedroom with a 160 x 200 parental bed (rather soft mattress) On the 1st floor: - A second bedroom with a second 160 x 200 bed (mattress this time rather firm). Also in this room is a crib. - A third bedroom with a 140 x 160 bed. - A bathroom equipped with a shower and toilet. Accommodation redone in 2021 with which we regularly welcome friends. Great for a few nights of rest or a stay in Burgundy. Fully enclosed garden, dogs can be left unattended in the garden. Do not hesitate to contact us for more information.
