The friends' house

Quiet house, located at the end of a cul-de-sac along a small river. Ideally located to visit Dijon just 18 km away, Nuits-Saint-Georges or St-Jean-de-Losne. The house is in a small village with all the amenities you need to have a good time. (Baker, Delicatessen, Tobacco, Hairdresser, Florist, Post Office, etc.) We will be happy to host you and introduce you to our beautiful region. The space The independent entrance to your house is via a staircase with a few steps. On this level you will find: - A kitchen area "2-burner induction stove, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, mini fridge with freezer section," - A living room with two sofas, a coffee table and a dining table for 4 people. - Separate toilet - A first bedroom with a 160 x 200 parental bed (rather soft mattress) On the 1st floor: - A second bedroom with a second 160 x 200 bed (mattress this time rather firm). Also in this room is a crib. - A third bedroom with a 140 x 160 bed. - A bathroom equipped with a shower and toilet. Accommodation redone in 2021 with which we regularly welcome friends. Great for a few nights of rest or a stay in Burgundy. Fully enclosed garden, dogs can be left unattended in the garden. Do not hesitate to contact us for more information. Other things to note - Dogs are allowed (only the two upstairs bedrooms are forbidden for them) - Fully enclosed garden. - Cats are not allowed due to allergy problems - The accommodation is non-smoking, you can smoke outside on the terrace. - Thank you for keeping the place clean. - Electric car charging prohibited. - Vehicle parking only on the street. - Our little family lives in the other part of the house. - Charcoal BBQ permanently available (charcoal not included)
