Charming cottage with stunning views of the Pyrenees in an old farmhouse 4 km from the village of Rébénacq. This 40 m² 3-star accommodation includes on the ground floor 1 living room with kitchenette, dining room and living room, upstairs a bedroom and a bathroom. Outside, you will have a private terrace and a parking space. Guests can access the owner's infinity pool during filtration hours, garden, ping pong table. The space BEDDING: This accommodation is for 2 to 4 people maximum: - A 140 x 190 bed in the bedroom, - A 130 x 190 sofa bed in the living room. EQUIPMENT: You will have access to very high speed Wi-Fi (Fiber). The kitchen is equipped with a combined microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, fridge freezer, gas stove, dishes… The living room has a TV, radio, sideboard, storage chest and wood-burning stove. In the bedroom you will find a desk and a wardrobe, in the bathroom a shower and a toilet. A garden table, 6 chairs and an umbrella furnish the terrace, plus a nearby barbecue. Other equipment at your disposal: Ironing board and iron, vacuum cleaner, cleaning equipment and products, clothes drying rack, hair dryer. On request, we can store your bulky equipment in our barn. The main means of heating is the living room wood stove. We'll provide you with wood to fuel it. Nevertheless, the living room on the ground floor and the bedroom have heat pumps, the bathroom has an electric radiator. We will also have the pleasure of showing you our favorites mentioned in our welcome booklet (walks or bike rides, hikes, visits to Pau and Lourdes, skiing, etc.) Other things to note SERVICES INCLUDED: - End-of-stay cleaning, SERVICES NOT INCLUDED AND OPTIONAL: - bed linen €12 per person, - Towels: €8 per person, These services are to be requested at the time of booking and paid for at the time of key handover.
