🩷Mi Piace!🩷is located in the historic, turn of the century, Story and Clark Piano Factory - Est. 1901. Prime downtown/waterfront location. The building is across from the Lynne Sherwood Waterfront Stadium and the musical fountain. The Condo is a light, bright, airy space. Rich with exposed original rough hewn beams, 12ft ceilings, brickwork walls, mixed with open bright contemporary modern décor. Beautiful, large brick encased arched windows look out to your own private balcony. The space You can spend the day on the white powdery sand beach, which is just 1 mile away by foot. You can walk it easily, or take the free trolley (during summer months). If you’ve brought your bike, it’s a very short ride and an even shorter car ride. Free bike storage is available in the building, as well an auto parking space in the reserved lot for guests. If food and beverage is on the agenda, there is a brewery and number of shops and restaurants conveniently connected to the condo via skywalk. Additional restaurants, cafes, ice cream parlors, galleries, specialty shops are all within easy walking distance (less than 2 blocks). If you want to “Chef it up” at home, the kitchen is fully stocked with dining ware, cooking/baking utensils and a Keurig/drip coffee maker and instant kettle. You might like to enjoy the evening on the rooftop balcony and watch Grand Haven’s famous “Musical Fountain” which is right across the channel, or perhaps take in a firework display over the 4th of July or Coast Guard festival. A perfect bird's eye view of all of the activities! After a busy day of "beaching" or going around town; kick back and relax. Stream a favorite show or movie on the smart, tv or perhaps enjoy a a puzzle in the comfortable living room. If nightlife is more your style, you can easily walk to any number of venues nearby.
