The villa is distributed over 3 floors and consists of 6 bedrooms , 4 bedrooms have 1 double bed each and 2 bedrooms have 2 single beds each. There are 6 bathrooms, most of which are en-suite, a large fully equipped kitchen with brand new appliances and cooking isle, huge living room with a dining set and fully functional fireplace. Among other amenities there is a sauna, hamam, some sports equipment, pool table, large private swimming pool, large outside terrace with outdoor furniture so that you could dine and wine outside in total comfort and plenty of parking space in front of the villa in case you have friends on a visit. We do not appreciate crazy parties, this villa is meant for families and friends luxurious vacations, but reasonable pool parties are allowed. Nice to know: -Airport pick up and local transfers can be arranged by us. Extra cost applies. -Check in time is between 15:00 and 20:00, check out is before 12:00. Early check in and late check outs are allowed subject to availability. Late check ins after 20:00 are subject to late check in fee of 100€, 150€ after midnight.
