Additional master bedroom/bath downstairs with king bed (could be a 2nd master) plus 2 bedrooms with queen beds in each, which share a full bathroom, also downstairs. The downstairs family room has a full size sofa sleeper. The gourmet kitchen has granite countertops (and is very well stocked with everything you need to cook, double oven and 6 burner stove), a huge island with 5 bar stools. The kitchen is open to a large dining room table that seats up to 12 with see-through fireplace to the living room filled with comfortable leather couches and baby grand piano. The lower level has an additional 1000 sq ft family room, with 52" flat screen TV, pool table ping pong table and treadmill. Plus a deluxe office with built in cabinets. A large patio off of the kitchen/dining areas wraps around the entire front of the house, with table/chairs, BBQ and beautiful views of snow capped Mt Sopris, which soars to 13,000 ft. In ground trampoline on the front lawn...kids love it, and adults too! (not available during winter months) Radiant heat throughout the home plus a 2 car heated garage. We have owned this home for 25 years and raised our two daughters here. We also own a beach house in the Los Angeles area and have successfully run it as a vacation rental for the past 6 years. Only 10 minutes up the hill is the small town family friendly resort, called Ski Sunlight, 45 minutes to Snowmass/Aspen, and 1 hr from Vail. We recommend '4 wheel' drive or 'all wheel' drive vehicles in the winter. Glenwood Springs has so much to offer, which is why our family made this town our home for 16 great years!
