The place is a two-storey cozy, safe, modern & spacious townhouse located in a compound & exclusive subdivision near SM City Clark, Marquee Mall, North Luzon Expressway Angeles Exit, Clark Freeport Zone, Balibago Business & Night Life District, Fields Avenue & Walking Street, Aqua Planet, Korean Town, Dinosaurs Island, Zoocobia, Global City & a lot more. Driving to the said areas just takes 5-30 minutes. The compound has a 24/7 stay-in guard & house helper to assist you with your immediate needs The space The townhouse is a modern home with: • 2 connecting air-conditioned bedrooms with their own bathrooms. (2 bedrooms on the second floor). • Master's bedroom TV has a local channel. The living room has a cable TV. For the rooms with television, you can bring a usb or hdmi to watch movies or series. • 1 comfort room/powder room for visitors. • Living room with couch and TV with cable channels. • Dining area near the living room. • Kitchen area with stove, microwave, rice cooker, refrigerator, water dispenser with 1 free water, electric kettle, basic kitchen utensils & pots, plates, glass & cups etc. •Toiletries, Towels, Shower. • Iron and iron board upon request. • Laundry area (Washing Machine included). • BBQ Grill outside the villa. • Parking spaces for 2-3 cars or more (as long as there's available). • The Townhouse also has a fast fiber Wifi. (up to 100mbps) • The swimming pool is located in the pool areas. Family sized pool. Shared and by schedule if the compound is fully booked. Townhouse has 6 pools in the pool areas. • Access to the tree house, play, and chill areas. • KTV Areas/Rooms (with extra charge) • More amenities are coming. Guest access Aside from the townhouse itself, you can access the swimming pool between 7 am-12 mn. Shared and by schedule per villa if the compound is fully booked. Townhouse has 6 pools in the pool areas. You can also use the barbecue grill outside your unit. Access to the tree house, play & chill areas. KTV rooms with extra charge. The townhouse is inside a subdivision. You can use the subdivision park to play basketball, football, jogging, hangouts, playground swings, etc.. Other things to note Our place is also available for 3 days, weekly and monthly bookings. We also have other guests for the other units in the compound. Some of them rent weekly and monthly, so please make sure to follow our rules. House Rules: • Please make sure that the number of guests you put on your online reservation is the maximum number of people sleeping or staying overnight in the townhouse. We will be checking. There will be extra charges if the number of people exceeds our indicated limit for guests. If you need another unit for more guests, we might have another unit available. Please let us know as early as possible. • You can accept visitors but must not sleep or stay overnight without our permission. • We can provide up to three (3) extra floor mattresses only for extra people. • Family gatherings and parties are allowed inside your townhouse unit, but make sure you don’t damage anything or disturb our other guests with loud music or noise. • Videoke and Big Speakers are as much as possible, not allowed. If you really need one, please let us know first so we can inform other guests/tenants and ask for approval. If approved, you may only use the videoke inside your unit, and volume must be observed. Super loud volume that might disturb other guests is not allowed. 11:00 pm. cut-off for loud music & noise to prevent disturbance for other guests. We don't have videoke but we know someone where you can rent. • Pets are allowed but strictly outside the unit only like garage with cage or leash. Strictly not allowed in the beds, bedrooms, pool areas, sofa, living room, etc. STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED INSIDE THE UNIT. • Alcoholic drinks are allowed only inside the unit/villa. • Alcoholic drinks and Public Display of Affection (torrid kissing / making out) are not allowed outside your unit/villa, especially in common areas like the pool or dining area of the compound. • No illegal activities allowed in the townhouse or the compound premises. The townhouse and the compound management, employees, and owners will not be responsible for any illegal acts. • Management, employees and owners of the villa/townhouse will not be responsible for any injuries of any guests due to negligence or the fighting of guests and accidents in case of calamities. • SMOKING is strictly NOT ALLOWED INSIDE THE UNIT/VILLA and the pool area. You can smoke outside, but please make sure you don’t litter around the compound and you don’t disturb our other guests. Smoke only at the designated areas. *Excessive smoking will incur penalties. • Any damaged item/s upon checking must be paid before leaving the compound premises. • Please clean your extra mess if you have a party with a lot of guests. • One (1) pool for your group located in the pool areas. Shared and by schedule with other units if the compound is fully booked. Townhouse has 6 pools in the pool areas. • The swimming pool is a family sized at almost 5 ft deep only. Guests can use it from 7 am-12 midnight only. • Parking for each townhouse is only up to four (4) cars. If you need to park a lot of cars, we can recommend a place 3 minutes away from the townhouse (drive-inn) but with extra charges. You can also park outside the compound but with your own risk. • Before checking out, our housekeepers will check the unit first, we can’t allow you to go without the housekeeper checking the unit and if there are damaged items or missing items, guests would definitely have to pay for it. • Check-in time is at 2 pm. If you need to check in earlier, please let us know first so we can check if the place is available for early check-in (only if we don’t have previous day guests). You can already leave your luggage or things after 12nn while the place is being cleaned. • Check-out time is strictly at 12nn if we have next guests arriving. You can leave the luggage in the compound until 1:30 pm. If you still can’t get your luggage, you can leave it with the guard until you can get it. Please take note that we will not be responsible for it after check out time. Late check-out can only be permitted if there are no next guests.
