Newly Built 3 bed House Wooded Backyard - Pets OK

Built in 2018 - 2bed and 2.5bath, a formal dining room, second living room on 2nd floor - open layout, all wood flooring, wooded backyard, 2 car garage and partly fenced backyard; Centrally located - 3 minutes from Hwy 10, 5 min from Dow Garden and Downtown, 5 min from Midland Mall. 2 queen beds - additional airbeds available for extra guests. Due to the coronavirus, we’re taking extra steps to clean and sanitize frequently touched surfaces between reservations. The space Wooded backyard - great for dogs to run around and also great for bird watching all year round. It is quiet and peaceful. Great for work from home - while you are in Midland! The windows on the first floor living area face the wooded backyard. There is privacy and you can't directly see inside the house from the roads or neighboring windows as the plants/trees block the view from outside - there is no window treatment on the first floor because of the private backyard. I have temporary blinds in the closets, in case you need to put up blinds during your stay. Windows on the second floor have curtains (and blinds). If you get to the house and need to make any changes, please contact me directly by phone or text. Any additional changes can be made uoon request. Guest access You can access the house thru the front door - keys are in the lockbox. You can enter thru the garage - the code to garage door opener on the garage will be sent on the day of check in. Other things to note Very quiet neighborhood. Friendly and helpful neighbors next doors - there to help if you need anything or have questions. Close to Midland Mall - less than 5 minutes and just 2-3 minutes to get on Hwy 10. It is 10 min from Midland downtown, DOW Diamond and Down Garden. It's about 2 hours from Traverse City, 1.5 hours from Ann Arbor and 2 hours from Detroit or DTW Airport.
