Fully re-styled, it is now the property's charming new lodging unit. It accommodates up to four people and features a full and modern kitchen, a double bedroom and a living room with two sofas that convert into single beds. Charming, cozy and comfortable! The space Comfortable and charming accommodation, accommodates 4 guests. We have a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with two beds that also function as a sofa. The full bathroom has a separate washbasin and features a bidet and an electric shower with temperature regulation. Excellent quality cotton bed and bath linen. The kitchen is modern - it has been recently renovated - and now has an induction stove, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator, sink and dining space, as well as all the dishes, glasses and cutlery. Guests will also find salt, vegetable oil, sugar, coffee powder and paper filter. The small outdoor patio opens onto the old garden with the horse water tank, flower beds and orange tree patio. In the garden, there is a bench with a sink and a portable barbecue, plenty of shade and chairs to relax in nature. The swimming pool just above the house, also for the use of this accommodation, is inside an exclusive garden, with hammocks, chairs and lots of greenery. The full locker room has an electric shower with temperature regulation. The gourmet kitchen, also for guest use, has a barbecue, wood and gas stove, refrigerator, countertops, tables and chairs and everything you need to make a good barbecue or a good meal. On the property, there is a eucalyptus forest, roads and hiking trails, and a beautiful coffee plantation, which is from the time when the farm produced coffee. Here we have a lot of peace, many places to walk, a lot of fresh air and nature! Guest access We have a garden and a large old orchard for walks , pic-nics, relax. The pool and barbecue are for the use of guests, both from this space and from Casinha da Roça1. Other things to note On the property, the water comes from an artesian well and is of excellent quality. No need to bring water - we have a filter in the kitchen. We can serve breakfast, as long as it is booked separately and in advance. We don't usually serve meals. The city of Mococa, very well structured, is 17 km from the property and offers shops, supermarkets, a hospital and even a small shopping mall. Nearby, 7km away, the district of Igaraí can be used for simpler shopping.
