Relax, unwind, and have fun at this spacious 3BR retreat just minutes from Wilmington’s beaches, UNCW, shopping, and downtown riverfront. Enjoy a private backyard with gas firepit, grill, and plenty of seating—perfect for relaxing evenings. You’ll find a full game room with arcade classics like Galaga and Ms. Pac-Man, plus an open-concept living space and fully stocked kitchen ideal for families and groups. Perfect for beach trips, UNCW visits, or a fun getaway with family and friends. The space Each of the 3 bedrooms (King, Queen, Queen) is furnished with Zinus Green Tea infused memory foam mattresses for your comfort. You will feel yourself slowly sinking into the bed, with plenty of support for a good restful sleep. Bedding for the sleeper sofa is in the laundry area of the Game room. Oh yeah, we have a full size washer and dryer for your stay, with an initial soap pod for your first wash. Inside the gourmet kitchen, you'll find all the silverware, pots, pans, plates, and a spice rack for you to cook yourself dinner from scratch or just pretend like you’re going to and enjoy the wonderful local restaurants nearby. Although the city water is perfect for drinking, we will have a Britta water filter in the fridge ready to go for you. The living room is furnished with a nice 65” flat-screen tv where you'll be able to Netflix and chill with friends. In terms of amenities, we've got you covered too! You'll have access to small, yet important, things like: An iron/ironing board, blow dryer, towels, couple rolls of TP and more. For longer stays you will likely need more supplies. Harris Teeter and Public’s Grocery stores only 1 mile away. There is a microwave in the Gameroom and a hot air popcorn popper for your use. For the kids there is a basketball hoop and ball to practice their shooting skills and get them off the Galaga video game system that they will want to play constantly! There are some board games in the cabinet near the Microwave as well. In the backyard we have an awesome gas firepit and dimmable string lights for evening. We also have a small wood fire pit for making small fires and cooking smores and hotdogs. You will supply your own wood available at local grocery store. This is for small fires only, and not pallet sized bonfires! Guest access You will have access to the entire property EXCEPT for the locked hallway closet, and the outside sheds. Yale Smart Lock on front entry: You will receive the entry code prior to your stay. Simply press your palm against the smart lock keypad, and it will activate and light up. Enter the code provided, and press the check mark. Other things to note You must be 25 or older to book this property. The optimal number of guests is 6, and we have a sleeper sofa in the game room that sleeps 2 additional guests for a total of 8. There is NO ice maker in the freezer, so bring your cooler for ice, or make ice with the trays provided.
