Pacific Beach Cottage-Steps from Law St Beach

Our 2 bedroom/ 1 bath beach home is located one block from the sand with Restaurants, Shopping, Nightlife and Entertainment is right at your fingertips. Two queen beds, full kitchen, living room with couch, Roku, wi/fi and parking. There is an air mattress for the living room. We allow a maximum of 2 pets and charge a flat pet fee of $40.00 per stay! There are air conditioning splits in the living rooms and bedrooms! There are also ceiling fans in the living room and bedrooms! The space There are two bedrooms, each with a queen sized bed. The cottage also features a full bathroom with shower, kitchen, living room with couch, TV, wifi and closet space. The home comfortably sleeps 4, but you can squeeze in an additional 2 people with the use of our air mattress. There is a private front yard with some adirondack chairs to sit out and relax. Tons of space for hanging out in the central courtyard to BBQ if you want to have a night in and super close to restaurants and bars if you'd like to hit the town.
