The home includes TVs in each bedroom, ping pong, a gas BBQ, and private hot tub. On the main level, you will find an open living area with leather seating, a sleeper sofa, plenty of games, TV with DVD player, gas fireplace, lots of windows and access to the deck and hot tub. The attached dining room, and kitchen, have everything you need to cook and entertain with a large table, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, an induction cooktop and high-top table. Also on this level is the laundry room, a full bathroom with shower/tub combo and a queen bedroom with TV. Up one-half flight of stairs you’ll find a full bathroom with shower, king ensuite bedroom with a gas fireplace and TV, large bathroom with double vanities, soaking tub, and separate shower. Through this king bedroom is a bedroom with two twin beds and a TV. Head up another half staircase to a king bedroom with TV, access to a fully enclosed private deck and attached full bath with shower. Another half flight takes you up to the bunk bedroom with a set of twin bunk beds and 2 twin beds, TV and DVD player. The basement level includes a bonus room with 2 comfy sofas, one is a sleeper sofa, foosball, large TV with access to Apple TV and Roku TV plus a DVD player. There are also plenty of board games to enjoy. The garage can be accessed through this room. There is a ping pong table and 5 adult bikes. This home welcomes dogs, 2 max, no other pets are allowed. Fees apply. Guest access Home access information will be sent 7 - 10 days prior to arrival. All homes are set up for self check-in, no need to stop by the office, just go straight to the home. Other things to note AGE RESTRICTIONS: Guests must be 23 years or older to rent Bennington homes and the person reserving must occupy the home the whole reservation.
