Hi, my name is Ashley. My husband, Erik, and I are so excited to share our lovely Casa Grande home. This house is a new build with all new appliances, (real) grass lawn, young citrus trees, a trampoline, and everything you need for your entire family to feel comfortable. The space Open the front door and enter an expansive great room, complete with double couch on soft, padded carpet and a 65-inch TV. Enjoy an open-concept kitchen with brand-new stainless steel appliances. Cookware, dishes and utensils are included. Stepping into the master bedroom, lounge on a California King bed with plush memory foam mattress and binge your favorite shows on a wall-mounted TV. Two walk-in closets and a double vanity are found in the attached bathroom. Near the front of the home, the second bedroom hosts a queen-size bed and office working space. The third bedroom is configured for a child or infant, but can be modified upon request. A full bathroom serves the second and third bedrooms with an adjacent laundry room, complete with brand new front-loading washer and dryer. Going out the back door, you'll find a plush yard with green grass and young fruit trees. Enjoy evenings with patio furniture and solar-powered vintage bulb lighting. This home is very accessible, with no stairs inside or steps to access the front entrance. Guest access You'll have access to the entire property, with the exception of the garage. The house is fully furnished, and has everything you'll need to be comfortable for your stay.
