Charming house close to the sea

Our country house is located less than 5 minutes from a city of character and 20 minutes from the Breton coast. You can enjoy the surrounding calm and shops nearby. A strategic place to vary your walks between land (Chaos du Gouet, Lac de Guerlédan, etc.) and sea (Côtes d'Erquy, Ploumanach, Falaises de Plouha). Ideal for families, you will have a large garden with all the necessary amenities (sandbox, swings, garden furniture, barbecue...) The space This house can accommodate a couple and two children (see more). We have a playroom for the little ones with a double bed on the floor if more sleeping is needed. We have what it takes to accommodate small children. The longhouse part (see main photo) is currently occupied by a student who will be very discreet during your stay; this part of the accommodation is adjacent to the main house with an independent entrance. You can park safely behind the house, a parking lot closed by a gate. Guest access you will have access to the main house as well as the entire garden Other things to note we have 4 hens at the bottom of the garden; we suggest you take care of them during your stay and enjoy the eggs; seeds will of course be made available to you.
