There is a small nominal fee per guest to use the clubhouse and community amenities (weekdays/weekend prices differ). Fans are provided as the house does not have air conditioning but due to the location, shade, and general weather during the summers, it does not get too hot. The HOA only permits a max of 12 people at any rental property in Big Bass Lake Community. If you book 3 days before your stay or impromptu booking, the booking fee is $100 (from $50 if it is scheduled ahead of time). There are speed traps and local enforcement on the major roads within the community. Please follow traffic signs and proper community etiquette. No smoking is allowed inside the house/rooms. The smoking cleaning fee is $250 if a cigarette/cigar smell is present after your stay.
