Our home is a comfortably fully equipped and comfortably furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home on the 13th Fairway of De Anza Country Club, in beautiful and peaceful Borrego Springs. If golf is your game, we are just a short walk to the Country Club's clubhouse! Our neighborhood has many large and interesting houses (many mid-century) is great for walks, biking and general sightseeing! Our Master bedroom had a kingsize bed, TV, ceiling fan, private bathroom and sliding door that opens out to the pool. The second bedroom also has a king size bed and also a sliding door that opens up to the pool and back yard All doors have screens so you can sleep with the doors open and enjoy the sounds of birds singing and coyotes howling in the distance. Our living room has comfortable sofas, lamps for reading, and a large screen TV with cable and DVD, and a Roku for streaming movies. Our large pool is situated in our spacious back yard with lots of seating and relaxing areas. We have a Kettler ping pong table in the garage, 2 bicycles for cruising the neighborhood, lots of fun pool toys and a shuffleboard court! You will enjoy beautiful views of our yard areas, the desert and golf course. Our citrus trees is right outside your door for you pleasure and we have a juicer in our kitchen for your use. As you will see from the pictures, our house is totally renovated with the goal of maintaining its mid century feel of openness Our kitchen is all new with quartz countertops, top of the line appliances and has a counter with seating.
