The space On the ground floor is a warm and inviting space with tables and chairs. This space can be used for meetings, work and small gatherings. With a coffee maker, plenty of coffee cups, a half bath and large sink; you can relax with others or on your own. A bench outside allows you to sit and enjoy the small town charm. Guest access Guests not only have an amply large room with private bathroom but access to lounge area downstairs modeled after a coffee shop around the antique printing press. We are next door the the garage and next to that is a gas station. Across the street is the Opera House. 2 blocks from the school. 3 blocks from the pool and one of the several parks. 2 blocks or less from most of the restaurants and bars in town. 2 blocks from the library. Grocery store about half a block away. Everything is conveniently close!
