Huge kitchen with commercial appliances, custom granite counter tops and 2 large outdoor grills. Large dining room with seating for 25. Extra refrigerator and freezer. Lodge has sitting area with fireplace great for reading or relaxing, large family room, 4 fireplaces and 3 patios to relax on. Heated with radiant heating in the flooring. Includes laundry and gym facilities. MAX occupancy of lodge is 34. ** TWO ADDITIONAL 1/bdr APARTMENTS ARE AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST IF MORE SPACE IF NEEDED. MAX occupancy with apartments is 42. Guest access This includes the amphitheater, garage gym, fire pit, hammock, garden, golf green, sand volleyball and fire pit. Other things to note There is a large fire pit with log benches, great for roasting marshmallows. We also have an amphitheater for group gatherings with views of the pink cliffs. There is also a 10' outdoor movie screen and projector to watch your favorite movies on the lawn. There is also a horseshoe pit/horseshoes available. We have a beautiful 2 on 2 sand volleyball court on the property.
