#309 Historic Coast Guard Station
Stay in the historic Klipsan Beach Life Saving Station (later known as the #309 Coast Guard Station) and enjoy a coastal vacation! Located just over a block from the beach, our property is perfect for family gatherings and reunions. There is a large, fully fenced-in yard complete with a dog run, fire pit, grill, and gazebo. All three of our gourmet kitchens are fully supplied, allowing for home-cooked meals. We provide numerous movies, games, and other complementary entertainment options. The space Three separate apartments comprise the currently rentable areas of the property. There are three king beds in the units, which can be split into twins if requested ahead of time. Tools for clam digging and sandcastle building are available, as well as beach towels, boots and rain gear. Choose from hundreds of movies (DVD + VHS) and dozens of board games, carefully selected books, puzzles, and outdoor sports equipment for all ages. Six televisions are available, three with premium cable service. We also have many educational resources available for those interested in the historical aspects of the Life Saving Station and surrounding area. *If you are interested in booking only one of the three units for a smaller group, please check out our other listings for the individual rentals. **We are an officially licensed vacation rental and are registered with the Long Beach Peninsula Visitor's Bureau. Guest access Each apartment, two of which are in a duplex, and one located in a section of the main house, has its own full-size, gourmet kitchens, living rooms, and bedroom(s). A separate laundry room on the property is available for all guests to use, as are the station's grounds, including the grill and fire pit (all amenities are free of charge).
