The space The location is perfect for anyone who wants to explore the Tongariro National Park (25 mn drive to Mount Ruapehu and 30 minutes to the start of the Tongariro Alpine Crossing). We live close to nature and we have designed our house to be unique, creative and welcoming. We are within walking distance to a forest reserve with a beautiful lagoon walk along the Whakapapa river famous for trout fishing and its pristine environment. Owhango is a getaway to the 42 traverse in the Tongariro Forest which is part of the Te Araroa trail and a must for mountain biking.
