It is suitable for enjoying breakfast, exercising, reading, remote working, or even experiencing the typical sounds of a local neighborhood. **The Cooking Area: The kitchen is beautifully functional and well-organized. Includes a stainless built-in 4-burner gas stove, a small sink, a grease extractor, and the basic cooking utensils to explore your culinary creativity. Stainless steel pots and pans set. It’s spacious, nicely shaded, and we’re planning to turn it into a beautiful garden oasis over time. I see myself adding more unique touches to this unit, continuing to build more spaces, and transforming our property into a home for like-minded people who come together to connect, share, explore, and work in an atmosphere of peace, adventure, and productivity. No smoking. - The space is not suitable for children/infants. - The door and windows have security bars and are protected against mosquitoes. - Cleaning services are available during your stay for an additional cost. Please let us know and we'll organize it for you. -We understand that our property is located in a Dominican neighborhood, and sometimes it is possible to hear some noise from the small cabinetmaking workshop next to the building when they do some work. You also may hear some vehicles, animals, and neighbors talking from time to time. The apartment has noise-reducing windows and we also make sure to keep earplugs so that our guests can use them in case they are very sensitive to noise. Despite that, we are still in one of the quietest neighborhoods in Callejón De La Loma. Come and experience local life! - In case local electricity is off, we have a small inverter that provides energy for lights, laptops, cellphone chargers, and the fan until it comes back again. It usually doesn't take long to come back. - Kindly always close the studio’s main door gently to avoid disturbing the upstairs neighbors. - Our neighbors' dogs sometimes visit our yard, but don't worry, they won't hurt you. ;-)
