Waterfront cottage constructed in 2017 and fully furnished, offering all comforts of home. Located in a French Canadian rural setting; you will enjoy the natural beauty and tranquility of this private domain where people of all backgrounds and ages are welcomed. Fishing, golfing, cycling trails, horseback riding, mini-put, boating, and all Winter sports are easily accessible within minutes. Historical Quebec City is slightly more than one hour. You will appreciate the serenity of this setting! The space This house/cottage is newly built and newly furnished in 2017. We have taken extra steps to insulate all exterior and interior walls including the ceilings to provide a higher level of comfort both for sound and temperature This location offers you a natural environment where you can truly appreciate rural Quebec and it's local people. You will enjoy the clear evening sky filled with stars, the beauty of the sunrise and sunset. You are surrounded by traditional milk farms and by maple sugar harvested forests. You also have close by access to most outdoor activities Summer and Winter. You have easy access to larger centers for shopping outings and you are one hour away from historical Quebec City. Guest access You are given access to the house and garage/games room in whole. The only exception is the basement which is kept locked. It is unfinished and simply used by the owner for storage. Other things to note The Lake is fed by natural springs. The water quality is regularly tested and is very safe for swimming. It is however a shallow lake with a muddy bottom. There are exterior lights at the cottage which you can easily control manually. The gas fireplace hand control serves as the thermostat and starter on/off. If it doesn't ignite on the first attempt, press the off button and immediately press the on button again. Do not leave the fireplace on when leaving the premises and make sure to keep the temperature at a reasonable level.
