Beau's, The Patricia Room, Beautiful Historic NOTL

A downtown location, steps to the main street of NOTL. A private entry, clean main floor room, with lots of natural light in a quiet area. Tastefully decorated with a bistro table and chairs, a private ensuite, curbless shower, Wi-Fi and Netflix. Breakfast includes a hot item, pastries, fruit, yogurt, juice, coffee & tea. Breakfast is relaxed and can be enjoyed in your own room, outside in the picnic area or upon request with your hosts. Guests can also stay in The Portico Room. Lic # 020-2023 The space There are two guest parking areas to the right of the circular driveway. The Guest Entry is on the left end of the house. Guests can drop off luggage prior to parking. Three staggered steps and keyless private entry allows access to the house. Upon entry, rooms are located to the right and left. The breakfast bar with a fridge and coffee maker is at the end of the hall. Guests can also book The Portico Room separately or both rooms together. During your stay Guests are welcome to text or email any questions they may have for a quick response. Should guests wish to join us with their breakfast in our dinning room please let us know. Other things to note We have always prided ourselves in providing a clean, safe environment for our guests. We did, however, consider that people may wish to know about our procedures. Guests have their own entry with a keypad to access the building. A common hall leads to each of the two rooms which are across the hall from each other. There is a sanitising lotion available in this area. Each room has its own bathroom, a small sitting area, and a television. Fresh linens are provided each guest. All vertical surfaces are thoroughly cleaned and sanitised. All contact points, including switches, knobs, remotes, and keys are cleaned and sanitized. Showers are cleaned and the floor is disinfected. Floors are vacuumed and washed. Soft surfaces are sprayed with a fabric sanitizer.
