Beautifully designed private apartment located in the Ardmore neighborhood of Winston Salem. Appliances are gorgeous and so much fun. Fully stocked kitchen. Living space boasts a full sized couch and arm chair. Original hard wood floors. Full size bed with 14 inch memory foam mattress. Luxury bedding & pillows. The bed is antique and high. A small set of stairs are provided. Smart TV with DVD player with plenty of movies. Clawfoot tub, floor to wall mirror. You have access to a 24 inch MAC. The space Private apartment. No shared spaces. Private parking. Tenants live in the connecting residence. They do have teenagers so reasonable noise should be expected. Though it's never been an issue and the teens only live there half the time. Family is very respectful of guests. Good people. The property manager lives next door so if there is a problem it can be addressed right away. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire apartment. My personal sewing and clothes cabinet will be locked however if you need storage let me know and I can empty my belongings which are just seasonal storage. Other things to note Guests next door have a cat and a small dog that may bark upon arrival but won't bark during your stay. He’s a tiny little thing and only barks when a car pulls up. The apartment is pet free. It’s not appropriate for children due to the high bed and fragile art decorating the apartment.
