Comfortable Caravan Experience near Havelock North

Ever wanted to experience staying in a caravan? Come and try it out at our place while exploring the beautiful Hawkes Bay area. The caravan is presently just on a lawn a short walk from the car park space. Our property is 5 km from Havelock North and 5 km from Hastings City situated next to a working apple orchard. Please note that there are small gaps to fit around in parts like getting around the bed and into the ensuite and in the ensuite. There is a shower but limited hot water at a time! The space Being a caravan it is important to realise that it is not a hotel room and has limited space and limited hot water (10 litres) for each shower etc so please take care to think about this before booking. There is a small kitchen and a small ensuite. You will enjoy the comfortable leather lounge area. The space to get around the bed is small and has cupboards above so you will need to be careful not to bump your head especially if tall. It is a tight space to get around and the same in the ensuite - it is small not big. The shower needs to be a very quick one if you do not want to run out of hot water e.g. maximum 4 minutes total probably. It is better to turn the water on and off as you need it to wash yourself off. Then wait 15 minutes at least before another person wants their shower. The hot water tank holds 10 litres of hot water at a time so if you like long hot showers then this is not the accommodation for you sorry. It is just a caravan and having a quick shower is a bonus rather than not having any shower to use! The TV works off a dish and has limited channels (e.g. no SKY channels). We are sure you will be comfortable and cosy in the caravan and queen bed if you can be happy with the the hot water limitations and space limitations. Guest access There is a short walk from where your car will be parked to the caravan on the lawn. Other things to note The bathroom and the gap around the bed to get to the bathroom is small. If you do want to use the shower then it would need to be a quick one so you do not run out of hot water as it only holds 10 litres at a time of hot water. Then wait until it heats up again if the other guest wants one as well. So approximately 4 minute maximum showers only or it will go cold on you!
