The apartment is a duplex: On the first floor is your private room and bathroom. On the second floor you will have access to the shared areas, which include a fully equipped kitchen with all the cooking utensils and ample storage space for your groceries. There is also a living-dining room. If you want to use the dining room table, just let me know — it's foldable and usually extends at certain times of the year. Need to work remotely? An office-style room is available upon request, as it is occasionally also used by the host. To top it off, you can enjoy a balcony with an excellent view of the El Poblado neighborhood. Guest access The building is simple and does not have many common areas, but right behind you will find a theater, a café-bar, two cafes and a large natural park. From the main entrance you have immediate access to public transportation, such as buses and taxis. Just two blocks north is the Aguacatala metro station, and about a block and a half south is the Ayuda station. Less than a 5-minute drive away you'll find three shopping malls with restaurants, shops, banks and more: Two to the north (Oviedo and Santa Fe), And one to the south (Viva Envigado). There is also a supermarket, pharmacies, three medical centers, a gym, hairdresser and barber shop, tailor shop and a gas station, all one block from the building. Other things to note If you need parking for your vehicle, the building has spaces available outside, in front of the building, which are free but do not have security, or inside the building for an additional cost. Please note that I have medium-sized pets (dogs). They don't have access to the guest room, but they are in the house.
