The wraparound porch includes a hammock, rocking chairs, a bench swing, and a screened in porch with more than enough space to lounge. Outdoor fire pit and indoor wood-burning stove provide plenty of warmth on chilly nights. Brand new hot tub recently added to backyard makes it even easier to enjoy the cooler weather. The thoughtfully designed interior incorporates an open floor plan on the ground level, as well as an office and half bathroom. Upstairs, you’ll find 3 well-appointed bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms (one en-suite, one shared), and a stacking washer & dryer. And don’t forget to check out the insta-worthy retired grain silo turned stylish & cozy den! Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire property and its amenities, with the exception of one locked storage closet. Other things to note GUESTS: Please make sure to mark the correct number of guests (including pets); no additional guests, temporary visitors, or events of any type are permitted. Any guests found in violation of the permitted maximum guest count will be subject to immediate cancellation without refund. PHOTO/VIDEO: No professional filming or photography is permitted. QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM, including inside the home, as sound travels easily. Please keep noise levels at a respectable volume at all times; voices, music, or noise of any kind should not be audible beyond the property line. SMOKING/VAPING: Smoking or vaping of any substance is not permitted inside the home. You may smoke outside as long as any ash, butts, or other debris are disposed of properly. PETS: Well-trained pets are allowed. No pets are permitted on furniture (especially couches/beds). Any excessive shedding or messes/waste must be cleaned up. Pets may not be left unsupervised unless crated. If crating your pet, please ensure that they don’t bark. The pet fee does not cover additional cleaning or damages caused by pets. Pets MUST be leashed AT ALL TIMES when outside. PLEASE NOTE: The stovetop uses induction technology, and I have provided high-quality cookware that is compatible. Regular cookware or pots/pans from home will not work on the stove. LANDSCAPING: In order to keep my home looking beautiful, landscaping services come twice monthly, typically early in the morning. They are instructed not to disturb guests.
