There is a washer/dryer, and a pro kitchen with a Wolf Range. You will be Sharing the home the owner responsible for all the 5 Star reviews unless he is traveling, whereby you will have complete privacy in the home. This is a rental for 1 person, unless you have requested having an overnight guest and you’d host has agreed, and therefore will pay $80.00 per night for a second person.. The listing price only includes one person. You will share the middle floor with the kitchen, outside deck, and living room with the latest Sony 4K flat-screen TV. The following rooms and areas are the Owners Private Rooms and Areas: 1- Master Bedroom at the end of the hallway, on the bottom floor. 2- The deck off the Master Bedroom, with the Hot Tub and the Table and Chairs. 3- The top loft office. 4-Entire Interior of the Garage 3- The Driveway Parking Spot on the East Side of the Driveway. Health club possibly could be available with Saline lap pool available, possible free these days, or with a $15.00 guest charge, however, I must be present. My club is a 10 minute drive open from 6:00 am to 9:30 pm. I have an awesome bucket list for you if You wish. An extra overnight guest is $80.00 per night with pre-approval by the Owner.
