A spacious, light family home. Large private garden, including pond, which surrounds the property with stunning views of hills and countryside. Idyllic peaceful rural setting but with easy access to the bustling town of Ashburton with its shops, restaurants and cafes. Situated within Dartmoor National Park, great for exploring the rivers and tors, as well as the beautiful beaches of the South Hams. The space Children are very welcome. As well as plenty of space to run around, we have toys, games, and a trampoline (welcome to use at your own risk), in the garden. Other things to note This is a family home with young children - it is not a dedicated holiday home, the decor reflects this....the up side to this is an abundance of books, games and toys - great for rainy days, should they occur. The house is functional but not a show home!
