From the imported Italian tile to the new quartz countertop and hardwood flooring in the north unit to the home style feel of the warm colors and surfaces in the south unit there is an unwind space for every taste at Beachtopia! Best of all the distance from this property to the sand is so close you can watch the kids build castles while cooking a delicious meal in both of your two fully equipped kitchens. Or grill and relax in the great patio area while the waves crash just over your shoulder. With downtown fun just a short stroll from the house you will easily be able to explore all that Seaside has to offer. Available as separate units outside of major Holidays and August, don't pass on reserving this home as there are very few properties that accommodate this many people while being ocean front on the prom. We are sorry the fireplaces do not work.
