The forest is evergreen, comprised mostly of mountain laurel and rhododendron, with old hemlocks and oaks. Many different kinds of mushrooms grow here as well. Except for around the occasional holly bush, the forest bed is incredibly soft and barefoot walking is encouraged for those who feel drawn to laying foot to earth. AWD is highly recommended for our gravel road and required for snowy weather. There is room for 2 cars. Other things to note Let our home embrace you. Wherever your eyes land, you'll drink in the simple beauty of thoughtful living. We prize our underground waterbeds, and we use only natural products in our cleaning to protect these water sources and our soil. We don't permit any animals or smoking.
