⭐️Boardgames + Cats in the NYC of Hobart⭐️

Home to precisely one cats and us, Kate (Vet) Ronan (a dogsbody working at the uni currently, ex-mona) We are available to play board games. But we understand if you just want to hide in your room or explore NoHo's exemplary entertainment and restaurant district. Winter: The house is old and cold. The room comes with a heater of dubious effectiveness and an electric blanket Breakfast options may include toast and/or *cereal* and/or juice and/or coffee. A massive plus: house is not haunted The space It's a charming federation-era house with well preserved features on a quiet st near all the North Hobart eating/drinking action and the beautiful domain park and botanical gardens. The rooms are large and well appointed. Much like Hobart, it's rather cold indeed (you've been warned). Except in summer. Guest access **Washing machine / Dryer*** Brand new, expensive and German. ***Lounge room with HD projector*** We don't have a TV. We have this. Has various streaming and gaming devices plugged in. Feel free to binge. ***Dining area.*** Features 5 chairs for you to dine alone or with the ghosts. ***Kitchen*** Imagine cooking on a boat kitchen. That's about the size of it. Does have very nice coffee machine in it, as well as all the other usual stuff. ***Tiny Bathroom*** For the pooping and the peeing; toothbrushing and showering. But not all 4 at once. Please. ***Large backyard*** Grassy, falling down stables, some things planted. Yeah, we haven't done much with this yet. You can stay for free if you fix it up for us. ***Sunroom.*** We've dedicated this space to kitsch furniture. It's a relaxing place to read and the warmest place in the house (still not very warm) ***NBN internet (FTTP).*** The fastest internet in the country as it its fibre to the premises. Needless to say, still not that fast because of terrible government policy. ***Piano*** It was a wedding present. It's in tune. During your stay We’ll leave you to yourself unless you feel like hanging out. Happy to share tips, play board games, cook dinner, play piano or simply stare awkwardly at each other. Other things to note Please note we have a cat who sometimes wakes early and meows for a bit before giving up (we'll provide earplugs should you want to block their dulcet tones). He is very good value apart from that. The house shares sound pretty freely, so you may hear creaks from people going to the toilet / walking down the hallway. And yeah, in winter it's cold.
