A villa located in one of the most exclusive areas of Tarbaca de Aserrí, a mountainous place with a cold and humid climate, located near San José. It is a charming accommodation, ideal for resting, getting out of the routine and breathing fresh air. It has an incredible view of much of the Central Valley and the charming mountains of the Los Santos area. Being a mountainous area, we can be exposed to cold and windy weather 💨 The space Safe place (with electric gate). There are neighbors nearby who have dogs (they are not dangerous) Private parking is available inside the property. It has ample fiber optic internet in case you want to study or do remote work in a quiet way. Other things to note We have neighbors with small dogs that can bark at night. Preferably access in a high vehicle since if you go in a low car you can hit it. You can go up, but there's a risk of getting hit, since the road has two concrete sidewalks and they're a little broken.
