Come and enjoy our lovely townhouse close to the center (bakery, café/restaurant, butcher, bookstore...) and the train station (train to Paris Montparnasse/Versailles). With its two terraces, you can choose the atmosphere that suits you best. Very bright and cozy, you will enjoy the warm atmosphere that emerges here. Walking distance to the magnificent Meudon Observatory as well as the banks of the Seine by the picturesque Sentier des Lacets. The space The house is spread over several levels and offers beautiful bright living spaces, designed to share moments together while keeping quieter corners. On the ground floor you will find the main living rooms: living room, dining room and equipped kitchen, open to each other in a warm atmosphere. The two terraces naturally extend these spaces and allow you to enjoy the outdoors at different times of the day. The bedrooms are spread over the floors. The bed in bedroom 2 is in the attic and is accessible by ladder. Bedroom 3 is also located in the attic and access is via a narrow staircase—a space full of charm, particularly appreciated by children or travelers comfortable with this type of access. Also, the house is located near the railway. The passage of trains can be noticeable, especially in summer when the windows are open. There is no significant noise pollution, but it is a point that we prefer to share in full transparency. It is a living house, with its peculiarities, designed to accommodate families or friends in a bright and warm setting, between city and nature. Guest access The accommodation is part of a small condominium, while being totally independent of the building on the street. To access it, you have to cross the first building through a corridor, which leads to a quiet and protected inner courtyard. From this courtyard you have direct access to our townhouse. Once you go through the door, you are at home: the entire accommodation is reserved for you during your stay. Other things to note This accommodation is our home year-round, a living space, warm, with its charm and soul, designed to welcome without being sanitized.
