Enjoy a good night with friends and family sitting around the fire, roasting marshmallows and watching the beautiful stars or play some games inside our rustic cottage. Activities in the area include Newfound lake, hiking, golf, winery, NH rail trail, entertainment complex. Sheets, towels and other necessities provided. Beautiful lake house in New Hampshire. Gorgeous lake views, open kitchen/living room space, cathedral ceilings in bedrooms, screened-in porch, 2 decks and an outdoor shower to cool off Situated right on the lake, living room takes you as close to the water as you can get. Ample space for 2-3 couples with children or a group of friends. *Brand new kitchen, floors and master bedroom* Open living/kitchen area with sweeping lake views. Two bedrooms with queen beds, 1 bedroom with full bed, full and half baths on the 1st floor. Private master bedroom with attached full bath upstairs. 2 decks with chairs, table and a grill. Sleeps 8 comfortably. We offer board games, books and movies that you are welcome to enjoy. We provide bedding, towels, kitchen dishes and utensils. Please feel free to bring anything else you'd like to use on the lake. Please use common sense ;)) The lake is on average 5 ft deep. Water is very clear and warm in the summer months - great for swimming! There is some vegetation on the bottom, so if you are sensitive to that, bring water shoes. There is a small sandy beach - Huff Beach - about 1/4 mile from the house, off Kilton Rd. Enjoy early morning or afternoon fishing off the dock in front of the house.
