Rental unit in Pittsburgh
Description
Enjoy solace in the City of Pittsburgh in Elliott, a quiet West End neighborhood just minutes from Downtown, North Shore, and South Side. The apartment is on the 2nd & 3rd floors of a 100+ year-old house with character and style. This listing is optimal for guests who intend to spend much of their stay exploring the city and returning at a reasonable hour. This listing is NOT for guests who are unable to respect the quiet hours. The space The eat-in kitchen is ready for you to enjoy coffee or a meal in the breakfast nook. The living room has a couch and streaming channels (Netflix, Max, etc.) and an office/work space. There's plenty of plants, too. There's a bedroom on the main floor and one upstairs on the third floor. There's also an extra room off the 3rd floor room available for yoga and meditation. The 3rd floor bedroom is loft-style and does not have a closed door. There are 2 apartments in the home, with either myself or another tent on the first floor, so it's imperative to respect the quiet hours in the house. Guest access You have access to the whole upstairs apartment and basement. There is another unit in the building, with a shared entrance in the main hallway. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor with a locked door for private access. Other things to note This is my home, so I do not host guests without multiple reviews. Guests that are new to the platform should not request to stay, as I will most likely deny your request. There is no central air conditioning in the house. There are ceiling fans in all of the rooms and two AC units - one window unit on the 3rd floor and a portable unit on the 2nd floor to blow cool air into the bedroom or the living room. Space heaters are provided for additional comfort in the winter months. Absolutely no parties or guests outside of those who book on airbnb. No smoking in the apartment or excessive drinking (late, loud nights).
