With three amazing bedroom options & beach modern decor, this is a Venice playa paradise! EV port in drive. The space There's so many ways to enjoy La Playa! Sip a cocktail by the fire pit, rinse off in our outdoor shower nestled beneath a lemon tree, laze in the garden, or curl up with a good book on one of the plush leather love seats - it’s all designed with your comfort in mind. There’s a big park across the street, with playing field, play structure & basketball courts. Street & EV charge driveway parking. Follow us on IG @laplayavenice =) Guest access Door has a smart lock and keypad for easy check in / check out. You'll receive you own access code for the door a few days before arrival. Guests will have access to the entire home, outdoor space and driveway. Guests will not be permitted to go through backyard fence. Other things to note *if you do not have any reviews or average under 4 stars we will require a $500 refundable security deposit - The 3rd bedroom is convertible as a 2nd living room / office. - Guests can park in the driveway (up to 1 car) and use street parking as well. - There is no air conditioning but plenty of fans. - Heat can only go up to 70 degrees MAX and should bet set to 65 whenever you leave. - If there is any damage, spills, or issues at all please let us know immediately, not at the end of the stay. - By booking this house, you agree any damages or any violation of the rules will result in replacement / repair fees or fines at the owners discretion.
