Just a 10 min drive to downtown, 25 min to the Kansas City International Airport, and 5 min away from KU Med, 39th Street, the Kansas City Plaza, and Westport. There are many great conveniences nearby. The house is within walking distance to parks, restaurants, and popular night life areas. The space Your private bedroom is located on the second floor and is very cozy and distraction free. You will be walking through the shared loft area (there are 2 beds in the loft) to get to your room. The double bed has built in drawers for storage. It is furnished with a desk & chair, lamp, and a full length mirror. You will have access to both private parking via the alley behind the house and off street parking in front of the house. My space is home to myself and 5 other Airbnb rooms. Please feel free to make yourself at home while you are here! Guest access You will have access to several areas of the house including the kitchen, 2 full baths, living room, dining room and the laundry facilities located in the basement. The kitchen has a stove w/oven, dishwasher, side by side fridge, microwave, and Keurig which are all at your disposal. The home has a covered front porch which is perfect for morning coffee and a nice back deck with a grill & fenced in yard, perfect for relaxing and hanging out, all of which you are welcome to use!
