No visitors You are renting 2 adjacent units (1br each unit) with balcony facing Tagaytay Executive Village. Where you can have a morning coffee. 7th floor Unit 1 (red): 24 sqm. 1 full double bed and 1 double sofa bed Unit 2 (blue): 24sqm. 1 full double bed and 1 double sofa bed Both units have complete basic kitchen and dining wares. WIFI Light cooking allowed Shower with heater Toilet with bidet TV with netflix Flat iron Hangers Induction cooker Fridge Electric kettle Microwave oven Rice cooker Guest access Free use of pool and access to the viewing deck to get a full view of Taal Lake ‼️POOL CLOSED UNTIL FEBRUARY 2026‼️ SUBJECT TO FAVORABLE WEATHER CONDITIONS. Swimming pool closed every Mondays and Thursdays for cleaning maintenance. This schedule may be adjusted if the cleaning schedule falls on a holiday. Proper swimming attire is required. Open from 7am-10pm. - no food and drinks allowed. - first come, first serve basis. Pool users must change into dry clothes before going out into the hallways and before using elevators; likewise, dripping from clothes, towels, and other swimming accessories must be avoided. Parking with fee payable to the guard on duty. P60/entry weekdays P80/entry weekends/holidays First come, first serve basis. *Note: we advise guests to park early during weekends esp. during holidays. Other things to note Please NOTE you are renting 2 adjacent units •2 towels/unit • Blankets, tissue paper, liquid hand soap and dishwashing liquid will be provided. • With extra charge for extra linens, blankets and towels. • Not suitable for pets. • Late check ins until 6pm. Later than 6pm please advise to make arrangements for self check in. • Alteration requests should be sent 1 month before check in date otherwise, we cannot accept. • Wash all kitchen and dining wares used before check out. • After booking is confirmed, please list of companions. • Early check in and late check out depends upon room availability with extra charge. • Parking with fee payable to the guard on duty. To avoid FINE by the admin office: • No loud noise that will disturb other guests. • Do not hang anything on the balcony grill. • No Smoking. • Do not leave garbage along the hallway and in common areas. • Always keep the main door closed. • No visitors. Only registered guests are allowed inside the unit. • Do not cook smelly foods like dried fishes (esp. tuyo) and the like. • Avoid walking from the pool to the unit with wet swimwears.
