Guest suite in Narragansett

This cozy space is very private, comfortable and newly appointed. It is a finished basement in our home so it is owner occupied but it offers a separate exterior entrance so our guests can decide if they’d like to meet us or not. We are approximately a mile from the Narragansett town beach, a stones throw from the bike path and public tennis and bocce courts and walking distance to town, restaurants and shops. Newport is just a 20 minute drive. So come be our guest! The space The suite is comfortable for a short stay with a maximum of 2 people so we ask that you adhere to our house rules. The living area allows for you to lounge comfortably and the bedroom has a comfortable mattress. There is a microwave and full refrigerator available but other than that there are no means of cooking in the suite. There is a small outdoor space for our (2) guests to enjoy but the homes in our neighborhood are close together so we ask that after 10 pm guests are respectful of our neighbors and keep the noise level low if outdoors. Guest access Guests may use the suite space and the outdoor space provided at the back door where they enter/exit and a bbq grill is available for your use. Other things to note We are adamant about a no smoking or vaping policy anywhere on the property-inside or outside. We ask that if guests must smoke they walk around the neighborhood. While we adore animals we cannot allow pets of any kind during your stay. We ourselves have a small (hypo-allergenic) dog (that you may hear bark from time to time) however, we have family members with pet allergies who use the suite when they are visiting from out of town. Therefore a no pet policy is strictly enforced. Because we live above the unit our guests may on occasion hear footsteps and voices from upstairs but there are usually just 2 of us and we are very cognizant of adhering to a “tread lightly” policy before 9 am and after 10 pm. Much like a traditional hotel setting, there are just some sounds that are out of our control. Finally, if you’re coming for a special occasion I would be happy to arrange something at your request to surprise your travel mate.
