Sanger has easy access to 3 National Parks. We are also in the heart of the famous Blossom Trail to enjoy in late February and March. The space Guests have a separate wing of the house. The lower level includes a very large bedroom/sitting room/office. The bed is a very comfortable new queen bed. The upper level has a private full bath with shower, laundry room, private access to patio and pool, and another exit to the front of the house. This is a very unique, quiet and peaceful house that we have loved almost 40 years. You will love it, too. Guest access The pool is available in warm weather until 10 pm. The washer and dryer can be used for a small fee. Guests do not have access to the rest of the house. The refrigerator in the suite will be stocked with water and snacks. There is a Keurig in the suite, as well as a hot pot, coffee pot, tea, coffee and to-go cups. Upstairs there is a utility sink. During your stay We only host guests when we are home. We want each stay to be enjoyable and memorable and we will assist with all questions. We will be available to help guests with ideas for day trip excursions, which are numerous from our convenient location. We offer complete privacy, or more interaction with us. Whatever works for you, works for us. Other things to note Because of the stairs to the lower level, this property is not safe for the handicapped or mobility impaired. Guests may stream content on the TV using the ROKU device with guest’s personal user name and password. Guests have a refrigerator and microwave in the guest suite. The suite will be stocked with goodies and food for snacks and a light breakfast. There is a hot pot and a variety of teas for guest use 24 hours a day, as well as a Keurig Coffee Maker. The spa is not available for guest use. There are no pets on this property. This location is not appropriate for a Staycation. We offer the perfect place for busy adventurers during the day who need a restful, peaceful night. Yo hablo espanol.
